COACHING SERVICES

Coaching services provided by Jami Glenn are intended for personal growth, parenting support, and educational guidance.

By participating in coaching services you acknowledge that:

Jami Glenn is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical provider

you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being

Individual results will vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential except in situations where disclosure is required by law.

Jami Glenn is a Mandated Reporter in the State of Missouri. Confidentiality may be limited if there is reason to believe a child, elder, or vulnerable individual is being abused or neglected, or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

Technology such as email, phone, and video platforms may carry inherent privacy risks which you acknowledge and accept.

FAMILY COACHING SESSIONS

Family coaching sessions take place at the Sacred Ground Coaching office located at:

Springfield, MO

A parent must be present during sessions that involve children so parents can learn and reinforce the tools and language being practiced.

RECURRING MONTHLY COACHING

Monthly coaching services are billed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

Your card will be charged on the same date each month unless you cancel.

To cancel recurring coaching services, written notice must be provided at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before the billing date will apply to the following billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because appointment times are limited, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Missed appointments may be subject to a $50 missed session fee.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of coaching services and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND SECURITY

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Sacred Ground Coaching does not store full credit card information.

By using these payment services you agree to their respective terms and policies.

We are not liable for payment processor errors or technological failures outside our control.

All content provided through our website, programs, courses, coaching, or communications is for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:
